For customers processing personal data through Presto

Presto is operated by LVK Systems UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Kurfürstendamm 96, 10709 Berlin, Germany. Where a customer uses Presto to process personal data on behalf of its own organisation, Presto may act as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR.

We provide a Data Processing Agreement, including the relevant technical and organisational measures and subprocessors, on request and during customer onboarding.
